Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Castle, DE. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 and relocation and student-loan forgiveness programs.

You will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs and lead RBT-supported interventions to promote meaningful outcomes for children and families. Join a culture focused on lower caseloads, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and ongoing clinical support through the ABA Academy

Qualifications

• Masters degree required
• Active BCBA certification required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass background/drug screenings and driving record checks

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
