Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based assignment in Wilmington, DE. The position offers on-site work with a 35-hour workweek, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, PK-12 district-wide coverage, and $57.00–$60.00 per hour pay.

Start ASAP with an end date of 6/11/2027. You will provide direct services, participate in FBAs, BIPs, IEPs, data collection, and consultation with school teams, while coaching staff and supervising RBTs as needed.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification, in good standing.
• Comfort working on-site in a school-based setting.
• Strong collaboration and communication with school personnel and families.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, student-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to students across assigned caseloads.
• Assist with FBAs as needed.
• Assist with BIPs as needed.
• Assist with IEPs as needed.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide programming.
• Provide consultation to school teams as needed.
• Shadow, train, and coach classroom and support staff as needed.
• Supervise staff, including RBTs, as needed.
