Job summary

Orange Tree Staffing, LLC seeks bright Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide education-based therapy in Jacksonville for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person opportunity serves Duval County’s preschool through high school populations.

The role requires conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with teachers and families to support student learning and behavior change. A strong ABA background and commitment to school-based services are essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral, social, and learning needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based BIPs aligned with student goals.
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to improve communication, adaptive skills, social interactions, and school participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom activities.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings with data-driven reports and recommendations.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans based on ongoing data collection and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, data records, and reports.
• Stay current with ABA best practices through supervision and professional development.
