Job summary

Nyman Associates is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges in a school setting. You will collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement BIPs, train personnel, and monitor progress to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible.
• FBAs and Behavior Support Plans experience preferred.
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff.
• Collect, analyze, and graph behavioral data.
• Consult with school teams and families.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
