Job summary

Nyman Associates is seeking a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges in a school setting. You will collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using relevant assessment tools.
• Develop positive behavior plans and support the classroom staff to ensure implementation (BIPs).
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.

Position Summary

Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes.

• Develop positive behavior plans and support the classroom staff to ensure implementation
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data
• Consult and collaborate with the school teams
