Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with current certification.
• Master's degree in Psychology or related field required.
• Strong report writing skills and ability to pass background/TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid-level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians in-home and at the center.
• Conduct FBAs and design intervention/treatment plans.
• Prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Provide parent training and field training to Behavior Interventionists.
• Participate in team meetings and QA processes.
