Qualifications

• Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB.
• Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location.
• Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date is preferred.
• Ability to complete and pass a background check.
• Retain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to the home of clients.

Responsibilities

• Support our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by offering mentorship and guidance.
• Design an evidence-based programming hierarchy based on client data.
• Offer support and guidance for families to navigate programming outcomes.
• Collaborate with other service providers to enhance experiences.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.
