Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services in a hybrid setting. The role includes in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities for children and families across the state.

Qualifications

• Eligible for North Carolina licensure or current licensure in NC.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
