Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island, Providence, RI, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our on-site team. This position offers a relocation package up to $15K and the opportunity to deliver life-changing ABA therapy to children and families.

You will design and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification active.
• Initiate state licensure before start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Supervise RBTs and caregivers implementing programs weekly.
• Perform assessments (e.g., preference, functional) to guide intervention.
• Contribute to mentorship and BCBA certification pathway for staff.
