Job summary

ABA Centers of Rhode Island is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs in Providence, RI. The position includes a relocation package up to $15K and the opportunity to supervise RBTs and caregivers while delivering high-quality care to children and families.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, conducting functional assessments, and supporting staff.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree required.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
  • Other typical BCBA activities.

  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
