Job summary

Child Builders ABA in Rhode Island is seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs in an in-person setting. You will work closely with families and schools to support clients using evidence-based ABA.

The ideal candidate will provide supervision, collaborate with care teams, and contribute to high-quality behavioral programs. Eligible candidates may receive relocation assistance up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Clinical supervision of RBTs and collaboration with families, schools, and other professionals.
