PBS Corp. seeks a Regional Coordinator to oversee behavior analysis services in the assigned Nevada region. You will coordinate all services, ensure qualified professionals are staffed and trained, and ensure adherence to the behavior support plan template and protocol checklist.

As a BCBA, you will lead communication between analysts, assistants, families, funders, and central administration, while promoting service quality and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credential and reside in Nevada.
• Experience coordinating behavior analysis services.
• Ability to train and supervise analysts and assistants.
• Strong communication with families, funders, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate services across designated region.
• Adhere to PBS Corp policies and procedures, communicating them to contractors, families, funders, and within public venues as needed.
• Assign analysts and assistants to cases, managing caseloads appropriately.
• Hold quarterly meetings with analysts in region and/or communicate relevant information from the agency through other communication mechanisms.
• Assist analysts and assistants to identify and address clinical challenges impeding service delivery.
• Coordinate referrals for services and ensure authorizations are received as needed.
• Serve as a liaison with peer review committees, support coordinators, case managers, and funding agency representatives.
