Applied ABC is seeking a BCBA Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist in California to own full-cycle BCBA recruitment across multiple states. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with clinical leadership to meet hiring needs while influencing compensation expectations.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in specialized BCBA recruitment, multi-state experience, and expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ABA job boards to attract top BCBA talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialized BCBA recruitment experience filling high-volume roles
• Multi-state recruiting experience across CA and other states
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ABA career networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle BCBA recruitment across multiple states from sourcing to onboarding
• Build proactive BCBA candidate pipelines and engage passive candidates
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to align hiring with culture and compensation expectations
• Track recruiting metrics and present insights to leadership for workforce planning
• Represent Applied ABC at ABA conferences and university events to boost brand visibility
