As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Pay Range: $110 - $120 HOURLY
Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Smithfield, North Carolina
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
