Job summary

Acorn Health in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor. You will oversee client treatment, develop and implement treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians across centers, homes, and community settings.

The role offers a compensation range of $80,000–$99,000 plus a $20,000 sign-on commitment bonus, paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement, and professional development funds. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience and knowledge of best practices in treating autism.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Develop and monitor functional and behavioral assessments and BIPs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and teams to implement interventions across settings.
• Review data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Lead trainings and disseminate ABA best practices.
