MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for pediatrics with a low caseload of six clients to ensure quality one-on-one care. The role focuses on therapy for children with ASD and developmental disabilities, emphasizing work-life balance and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Two years of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments.
