Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a pediatrics program with a low caseload of six clients. This clinic-based role emphasizes work-life balance and high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, mentor trainees, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field and BCBA certification
• Texas LBA license
• BCBA certification through the BACB

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs
• Provide supervision/mentorship to RBTs/BTs
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans
• Educate parents and caregivers for success across environments
• Collaborate with OT/PT/Speech/Nursing and other disciplines
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and BACB compliance
