Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatrics-focused clinic with a low caseload of six clients. This full-time/clinic-based role emphasizes high-quality, family-centered ABA therapy in a collaborative setting.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and mentor emerging BCBA talent while maintaining thorough data-driven documentation and ensuring compliance with BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through BACB required.
• Two years of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs/BTs; mentor BATs/BCaBAs.
