Job summary

AB Spectrum is opening a Wright City, Missouri clinic in 2027 and has limited BCBA positions available.

As a BCBA you will focus on clinical care with no RBT shifts, enjoy up to 6 weeks of PTO, a base salary to $100,000, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The role features four onsite days with hybrid flexibility, 25 weekly billable hours, small caseloads (4–6 children), and predictable hours with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized therapy treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
