AB Spectrum, a growing pediatric ABA provider, is opening a St. Peters clinic in 2027. We’re seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care with limited operational duties, focusing on therapy plans, assessments, and supervision of technicians.

Enjoy a supportive environment designed for meaningful face-to-face time with children. Offer includes up to 6 weeks of PTO (with holidays and personal days), a base salary up to 100,000 USD, a $10,000 sign-on, four onsite days with hybrid options, and 25 weekly

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for early intervention and helping children with autism thrive.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee individualized, therapy treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children’s progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
