MedCare Pediatric is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a pediatrics-focused role with a low caseload. The clinic emphasizes one-on-one care to support children and families, delivering individualized ABA therapy in a collaborative setting with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Two years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards.
