Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for pediatrics with a low caseload.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with therapists, and mentor junior staff, all while focusing on family-centered care and meaningful progress for children and their families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• BCBA certification through BACB required.
• Two years BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs/BTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
