Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for positions across Dover, DE, and surrounding Kent County. The role conducts assessments for children with ASD, designs behavior intervention plans, and collaborates with families and therapists to implement goals.

You will supervise therapists, review notes, and analyze data to drive program success while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Strong organizational skills; team player; patient and professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapy staff and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists and give performance feedback.
• Review session notes regularly for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year.
