Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for positions across Dover, DE, and surrounding Kent County. The role conducts assessments for children with ASD, designs behavior intervention plans, and collaborates with families and therapists to implement goals.
You will supervise therapists, review notes, and analyze data to drive program success while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and professionalism.

We specialize in conducting initial evaluations and providing ongoing services in home, community and clinic settings.
