Job summary

SkyCare ABA in Conyers, GA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our pediatric therapy team. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and provide direct behavioral therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent treatment.
• Train and support parents and caregivers in applying strategies at home.
• Stay updated with current ABA research and best practices.
