Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our collaborative pediatric therapy team as Assistant Clinical Director. You will oversee clinical services, supervise staff, and support families to ensure consistent treatment plans.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing and implementing IBS, collecting data, and staying current with ABA research. The role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress and making treatment decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and professionals.

• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home
• Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

Experience

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress and making treatment decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
