Job summary

Woven Care seeks a BCBA for an Early Career role in a pediatric outpatient setting. You will design and oversee ABA programs, collaborate daily with Speech, OT, and PT, and lead parent training to empower families.

Expect a manageable caseload with 2–5 years of ABA experience, supervision responsibilities for RBTs, and opportunities for ongoing professional development and growth within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a clinical or center-based ABA setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA programs.
• Supervise and develop the RBT team.
• Lead parent training and family meetings.
• Caseload up to 10 clients; notes and indirect tasks from home.
