Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Case Supervisor to support practicum hours toward BCBA certification. This full-time hourly role offers structured supervision, hands-on clinical experience, and a path through Apex to develop clinical readiness.

You will supervise 1-3 client cases, participate in ESDM and interdisciplinary care, and gain exposure to assessment, family guidance, and data-driven programming under BCBA mentors.

Qualifications

• Actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification
• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA
• Second semester minimum in master’s or certificate program
• Ability to build rapport with children and families
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization and clinical planning

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for client cases as dictated by center needs
• Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming and supervision
• Update client goals and programming using Soar’s data platform
• Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs with BCBA guidance
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills
• Assist with assessments and development of Behavior Intervention Plans
• Support family guidance meetings and inter-disciplinary care
