Children's Specialized ABA in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic evenings 5:00-7:00pm EST. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with ASD as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing BIPs, supervising BTs/RBTs, collecting data, and providing family training and support in a structured, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Develop individualized BIPs and treatment plans.
• Design and implement ABA programs grounded in ABA principles.
• Train and supervise BTs/RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust plans.
• Provide ongoing training to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to families.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA certification
