Children’s Specialized ABA in North Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services in our clinical setting from 5:00-7:00pm EST. You will join a collaborative team that supports supervision, peer interaction, and clinic resources.

You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise BTs/RBTs, train families, and ensure data-driven decisions, with strong clinical hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification current.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional assessments and FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Create Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessments.
• Design and adjust ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs and RBTs on interventions.
• Monitor client progress toward goals and adjust plans.
• Ensure accurate data collection for behaviors and objectives.
• Regularly analyze data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide training to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, therapists for holistic care.
• Maintain open communication with families about updates and recommendations.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

BCBA certification
