Budding Stars ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote/hybrid role based near Silver Spring, MD. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum, with a focus on data-driven treatment plans and family collaboration.

You’ll enjoy a competitive salary range of $90,000–$105,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and support for CEU stipends and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Maryland State License (LBA) or immediate eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA preferred (Strong new grads welcome to apply!).
• Passion for mentorship, clinical excellence, and ethical care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.).
• Develop high-quality, data-driven treatment plans.
• Providing direct, impactful supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Leading parent training sessions to ensure generalization of skills at home.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinical directors.
• Maintaining accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Budding Stars, you will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for children on the autism spectrum.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.).

• Leading parent training sessions to ensure generalization of skills at home.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinical directors.

• Maintaining accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

What We’re Looking For
