Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality behavioral services to individuals supported by BSLS. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes.

Collaboration with families, staff, and external stakeholders is essential. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification (or near completion), and 1–2

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA certification or near completion is required or in progress.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience, practicum/internship accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate clients’ behavior treatment plans using data collection and analysis.
• Respond to crisis situations and provide debriefs to staff and individuals after incidents.
• Maintain clinical records and prepare PBSPs, FBAs, and meeting summaries.
• Review monthly data to monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct assessments and provide face-to-face clinical services per scope of practice.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, families, and external stakeholders.
