Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in New York for full-time or part-time roles. A $2,500 retention bonus is offered for NY Medicaid-credentialed BCBAs managing multiple cases, with competitive compensation and a robust quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or in progress within 3 months).
• Proven ABA experience with children and data-driven treatment.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and celebrate client behavioral improvements.
• Communicate assessment results and treatment recommendations with families.
• Mentor and train behavioral technicians and staff.
• Ensure safety and adapt plans as clients move through sessions.
