Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in New York with a retention bonus of $2,500 for NY Medicaid credentialed BCBAs managing four or more cases. Earn $90.00–$100.00 per hour with a robust bonus program and flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or exam within 3 months).
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change outcomes for children with autism.
• Share in client achievements as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment recommendations clearly.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and train the growing team of behavioral technicians.
