BK Healthcare Management in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This is a hybrid position combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.

The role offers a flexible part-time/full-time caseload with strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.

• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor progress and update plans as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.

Qualifications

Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed
