Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Maryland. This hybrid role blends in-person clinical work with remote sessions as needed, offering flexibility for part-time or full-time caseloads and strong clinical support for growth.

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Eligible for Maryland licensure or hold Maryland licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical standards.
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA MarylandWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position combining in person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part time/full time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to provide in person services in Maryland as needed
