Job summary

Hopebridge in Memphis — a leading pediatric ABA provider — seeks a BCBA to conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and oversee clinical teams.

You will mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, ethical ABA services, supported by strong Clinical Director oversight and a structured onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions.
• Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services.
