Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must have BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to obtain Missouri Behavior Analyst license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and behavioral data systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data.
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with teams, families, and community partners.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and ethical standards.
