Job summary

A dynamic therapy organization is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide top-notch ABA services to children with developmental disabilities. BCBAs will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and supervise technicians in a supportive, flexible environment. This role offers competitive pay of up to $110,000 per year and benefits such as health insurance, flexible schedules, and mentorship opportunities. Travel is required, and a valid BCBA certificate is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
• Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Implement and model individualized behavior support plans.
