Qualifications

• Must have active BCBA certification and state licensure.
• At least 2 years as a BCBA is required, 3 or more years in ABA preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and a desire for mentorship and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows.
• Conduct assessments and write treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on complex cases.
