Compensation includes a salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually and full benefits, ensuring a supportive environment for both clinicians and the children we serve.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and must be active.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably 3+ years in ABA.
• Must have strong clinical decision-making skills and a commitment to mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Participate in mentorship and leadership activities beyond billable hours.
