Qualifications
BCBA certification is required and must be active.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably 3+ years in ABA.
Must have strong clinical decision-making skills and a commitment to mentorship.
Responsibilities
Mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows.
Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Participate in mentorship and leadership activities beyond billable hours.
