Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, analyze data for meaningful outcomes, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA / Psychology / Education or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.
