Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Jenison-based team. This role combines in-home and clinic settings with flexible scheduling options and leadership opportunities.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure meaningful progress and data-driven outcomes. A strong emphasis on growth, mentorship, and high-quality care pervades the culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.
