Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Grand Rapids, MI. The role offers in-home, clinic-based, or hybrid schedules with full-time or part-time options. You will develop ABA plans, supervise RBTs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and internal teams to support skill generalization.
• Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.
