Akoya Behavioral Health in Holland, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for part-time, in-home care. You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan license or eligibility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
• Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
• Analyze data and maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.
