EzCare ABA in Franklin, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams to improve outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for helping children and families succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards.
• Help children achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
