The role includes a salary range of $94,164–$115,275 with a generous time-off policy, a CEU stipend, license reimbursement, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Current BCBA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians (BTs) within a transdisciplinary team.
• Ensure scheduling, billing, and credentialing support to clinicians so they can focus on care.
