ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in McDonough, GA for a full-time role. You will design, implement, and supervise skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, working with RBTs and caregivers to ensure high-quality care for children with autism.

The position offers a $95,000–$120,000 salary, sign-on bonus up to $20,000, relocation support, student loan forgiveness up to $24,000, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date (if required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Include other typical BCBA activities.
