Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fairfax, VA. The position offers a starting rate of $100,000 to $120,000 per year with a relocation package up to $15,000.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, oversee RBTs, and conduct functional assessments to support children and families. Eligible candidates hold a Master’s degree and active BCBA certification, with licensure prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs.
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
