Job summary

Texas ABA Centers in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. You will design and supervise ABA programs, oversee RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide interventions for children and families.

Active BCBA certification is required, Masters degree, and a valid driver’s license. LBA preferred. Compensation includes substantial benefits and growth opportunities within a leading ABA provider.

• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference and functional assessments).
• Willingness to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
